Yes, you can only get a refund before your order is processed.

However if your order status is in transit(Shipping) your order will be delivered

Refunds are processed via the same payment mode that was used when making payments.

We don’t accept returns for products after delivery has been made. All products are checked for damages or defects before being delivered to you. However should you change your mind, we have a 7 days return policy after delivery, for which a product  can be returned provided there are no structural damages, scratches or any defect induced on the product after it was delivered.
